The management system of Kosnet is programmed to renew automatically all the services creating at the same time request for payment of renewal. Through the Task Manager Panel, you can cancel the automatic renewal service. The purpose of the automatic renewal is to maintain your services to non-stop to cover visits of your clients or associates. Unpaid domain names are not renewed automatically. The renewal of domain names is only occur if the in the account you gave the required credit balance or if you pay your account renewal cost. The hosting packages are renewed automatically even if the request for renewal payment is not paid. The system is programmed to automatically turn off hosting packages that their refunding has not been made even after ten (10) days. Paying off the demand of renewal payment for one (1) hosting package the system automatically activates a stopped hosting package.
