I lost or have not received the information access of my hosting package. What can I do?

You can connect to the Task Manager Panel at http://www.kosnet.gr/clients and press from the top menu the choice e-Mails. The tool e-Mails keeps records from all the messages tha we have send to you. Select the desired e-Mail to access the data to see the information. You can also change the password of your hosting package through the Task Manager Panel. After logging in at http://www.kosnet.gr/clients click the “hosting packages” from the top menu then click “details” for the hosting package you want to change your password. There you will find the tool “change password”.
