I send an e-Mail through my hosting package and the recipient may receive as Junk or SPAM Mail.

If the recipient of your message using free mail account such as Hotmail, Gmail, mail.gr, Pathfinder, yahoo.gr and others, should the central domain of the hosting package be added to senders to recipients based on each server of a free e-Mail service.

Adding an acceptable domain, can be made through any account of a free e-Mail service.

If, for example, you send an e-Mail from your account username@yourdomain.gr to free account username@hotmail.com, while a third user with hotmail username anyusername@hotmail.com in the past yourdomain.gr was added to the list of accepted senders of hotmail, the user username@hotmail.com will receive the e-Mail to inbox and not in junk mail.

If the recipient uses POP3/IMAP e-Mail account, the problem concerns in the documentation of sender through the DNS area of domain sender.

The Kosnet provide additional services to optimize your default DNS zone, to ensure proper receipt of the message of your recipient.
