I can not see the website or receive e-mails knowing that other users can. What happens?

The network of Kosnet is protected by powerful hardware and software firewalls. Probably, a software firewall has blocked your IP for the following possible reasons:

  1. You tried to log in to your CPanel hosting package over 5 times with incorrect information access.
  2. You tried to receive your e-Mail giving wrong access information more than 7 times.
  3. You tried to connect via ftp over 5 times with incorrect information access.
  4. You tried to connect via ssh (Secure Shell), but have not permission to access, or wrong username or password.
  5. You used your hosting package as API (Application Interface) for sending spam mail.

Please contact us to remove your IP from the IPs block list on the network. We recommend using the Task Manager Panel at http://www.kosnet.gr/clients to change the data access and avoid future foreclosure. If you use static IPs, you can send us to add to the list of trusted network address.
